The first manipulation I did was using the magnetic lasso tool, and I went around the silhouette of the model. I then blurred the background, and the aim of this was to make the model stand out more, and hide the details that could be seen in the reflection of the glass.
The second photograph manipulation I did was adjusting the brightness and contrast because I thought that the photo looked slightly grey, and this meant that it looked a bit dark as well. By changing this I think that the photo now looks brighter, and so it portrays a more positive message to my audience.
The third manipulation I did was changing the levels of the cover photo. I found that changing the levels of the cover photo helped take away the sharp brightness, which was a bit harsh to look at. I think that it worked well because now the cover photo looks more pleasing, which would appeal to the target audience better.
